Blackbird has been delivering cannabis to Reno since the early days of cannabis legalization in the State of Nevada. Signing up couldn’t be easier

It only takes a minute! To sign up for an account on BlackbirdGo, simply click the ‘Sign Up’ button on our homepage. You will then be prompted to provide your basic information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and home address. 

Next, you will be prompted to upload a photo of your government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and, if applicable, your medical card or doctor’s recommendation.

Delivery Service Window Options

Select a time slot for your delivery that works best for you. Take advantage of scheduling your delivery for the peace of mind! This way you will know when you need to be home to be able to accept your delivery.

Earn Points and Get Rewards

We offer a loyalty rewards program through select dispensaries that can add up and be used for certain discounts. Points can be redeemed online or in-store. 

Order History Access

See your previous orders through BlackbirdGo in your Order History tab. Reorder your favorite items with the click of a button and access your previous order information whenever you need it.

Communication with your Dispensary

Receive text message updates directly from the dispensary regarding your order. This can include any changes that need to be made to your order, confirmation of discounts applied, or order total amount.

Track your Order

Know where your goods are every step of the way with our order tracking and delivery status updates. It is precious cargo, after all. We'll send you texts along the way so you know when your order has been fulfilled, is on its way to you, and the total amount due!

COVID-19 Safe

The safety of you, our customers, is the utmost priority to Blackbird. Our team continues to monitor the rapidly evolving actions of our local, state, and federal government and we are taking all measures possible to ensure both the safety of our awesome team members and the communities that we serve. Here are the precautions we have implemented so far:

  • If available, our drivers are wearing gloves and masks during transactions. These items are changed between every delivery.
  • Our vehicles get disinfected several times a day. Vehicles are equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes and spray.
  • We ask customers who are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 refrain from placing orders of any kind.
  • Exposure to dispensary employees is limited and our clients keep separate fulfillment staff away from the rest of their in-store teams.
  • Driver interactions with their co-workers are limited and all administrative staff is working from home if possible.
