How do I change my BlackbirdGo password?

If you know your current BlackbirdGo password but need to change it, simply log in to your account with your email address and password. Then, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Under the Account Details section, click Edit. Enter your new password into the fields provided, then click Save.

How do I know if my BlackbirdGo account has been verified?

Once your BlackbirdGo account has been verified by a Support team member, you will receive an account verification email to the address on file. Upon logging in to BlackbirdGo, you will also see the Account Verified status applied to your account, as well.

How do I change the email address on my BlackbirdGo account?

To change the email address on your BlackbirdGo account, please reach out to our Support team at help@myblackbird.com.

How do I update the phone number on my BlackbirdGo account?

To update the phone number on your BlackbirdGo account, log in to your account with your email address and password. Next, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Under the Account Details section, click Edit. Change your phone number in the field provided, then click Save.

How do I update the delivery address on my BlackbirdGo account?

To update the address on your BlackbirdGo account, log into your account with your email address and password. Then, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Under the Addresses section, click Edit to change your default address, then click Save.

Can I add multiple delivery addresses to my BlackbirdGo account?

Yes! You can add multiple addresses to your BlackbirdGo account. To do so, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Under the Addresses section, click Add Address to have an alternate address added to your customer profile, then click Save. Here, you are also able to manage which address should be set to your default delivery address.

How do I update the identification uploaded to my BlackbirdGo account?

To update the identification uploaded to your BlackbirdGo account, log in to your account with your email address and password. Then, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Under the ID Information section, click Edit. Click the red X icon on the corner of the ID photo you wish to remove. Click Add Upload to select and upload an image file on your device, then click Save.

What does it mean when an account is pending, verified, or unverified?

Pending: Your account is pending verified from a Blackbird Support team member.

Unverified: Your account has been unverified due to missing information. You are only able to place online orders to retailers who accept orders from unverified accounts.

Verified: Your account has been verified and you are able to place orders.

How do I have my BlackbirdGo account verified?

To have your BlackbirdGo account verified, you will need to provide your basic information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and home address. Next, you will be prompted to upload a photo of your government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and, if applicable, your medical card or doctor’s recommendation. After all of the necessary information has been added to your BlackbirdGo account, one of our team members will verify you during office hours.

What are featured brands on BlackbirdGo?

Featured brands are cannabis brands available in your area that have elected to be highlighted on BlackbirdGo.

How do I find my favorite Brands?

To find the products offered by your favorite brands, as well as where you can order those products, click Brands at the top of the page! By allowing us to know your location, we will also be able to show you all of the brands in your area. Otherwise, you can also use the search bar to search for your favorites. When you select a brand from the Brands page, you will see a list of retailers that carry this brand, as well as that brand’s products available near you.

Cannabis

How can I consume or use cannabis?

Cannabis can be consumed, or used, through many different methods. Consumption or use of cannabis can be done through smoking, vaping, eating, and/or applying products topically.

Additionally, there are many different mediums through which cannabis can be consumed, or used, including flower, concentrates, vape cartridges, drinks, edibles, capsules, tables, creams, lotions, etc.

What are the differences between Sativas, Indicas, and Hybrids?

Sativa strains are often associated with creativity, and can make the user feel more hyperactive than usual. These strains are typically reserved for daytime use.

Indica strains are commonly associated with more sedative effects, including sleepiness, drowsiness, and relaxation. In most cases, Indica strains are best for nighttime use.

A hybrid strain is a cross between Sativa and Indica strains of cannabis. Levels of Indica vs. Sativa effects vary by strain, and are labeled as either Indica-Dominant or Sativa-dominant.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are aromatic compounds produced by plants. These pleasant-smelling compounds occur naturally in many plants, including fruits and flowers, but these same terpenes also exist in cannabis. Any given sample of cannabis may have a full range of terpenes with varying concentrations, and the combination of those terpenes is what gives each cannabis strain its unique smell and flavor.

What are the effects of specific terpenes?

Myrcene: You may find earthy, musky notes resembling cloves. Myrcene is often found to be sedating and relaxing.


Limonene: You may find citrusy notes resembling fruits like limes and lemons. Limonene is often found to be uplifting and energizing.


Linalool: You may find spicy and floral notes resembling lavender. Linalool if often found to be sedative, relaxing, anti inflammatory, and pain relieving.


Caryophyllene: You may find spicy and peppery notes resembling cinnamon, oregano, and basil. Caryophyllene is often found to be anti inflammatory and anti anxiety inducing.


Alpha-Pinene and Beta-Pinene: You may find notes of pine resembling rosemary, parsley, and basil. The Pinenes are often found to be awakening, anti inflammatory, and pain relieving.


Bisabolol: You may find floral notes resembling chamomile. Bisabolol is often found to be anti inflammatory and antiseptic.


Humulene: You may find woody and spicy notes resembling hops. Humulene is often found to be appetite suppressing, anti inflammatory, and antiseptic.

What are cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids are naturally occurring chemical compounds that develop in the cannabis plant. There are currently over 100 known cannabinoids commonly found in the plant, the most famous being THC, CBD, and CBN. These cannabinoids are at their highest concentrations in the trichomes of a flowering cannabis plant, but they are usually present throughout all parts of the plant. THC and CBD may be the biggest names in cannabis, but they are not the only compounds found in cannabis.

THC: Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the psychoactive component of cannabis, often times found to promote a sense of euphoria. THC is known for its use to alleviate pain, muscle spasticity, insomnia, nausea, and anxiety.


CBD: Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive component of cannabis, often used to promote a sense of calm. CBD is known for its use to alleviate seizures, pain, inflammation, nausea, migraines, depression, and anxiety.


CBN: Cannabinol (CBN) is a non-psychoactive component of cannabis, often used to promote a sense of relaxation. CBN is known for its use to alleviate sleep disorders, including insomnia.

COVID-19

Do you honor COVID-19 extensions for identification?

If your state has implemented extensions on expiration dates for driver’s licenses, medical cards, etc., then this will be honored while your account is under review for verification. If you believe your account has been unverified in error due to an expiration extension, please feel free to reach out to our Support team at help@myblackbird.com or 800-865-2177.

How do I prepare for a Blackbird delivery during COVID-19?

If you are receiving an order delivered by a Blackbird team member, please note that we do require a valid form of ID and face covering upon arrival. If you are unsure of the requirements from your local delivery service, we suggest reaching out directly to the dispensary you ordered from for clarification. Does BlackbirdGo offer promos or discounts?

All discounts, promo codes, etc. are handled by each individual retailer – Blackbird does not offer any promos or discounts on orders. If you are unsure about which promos or discounts a retailer has available, or questions about whether or not you are eligible for any promos or discounts, feel free to reach out to the retailer directly for more information. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu. You are always welcome to request specific promos and/or discounts in the Order Notes field upon check out, as well!

How do I find out what discounts a retailer offers on BlackbirdGo?

To find out what discounts a retailer offers, we suggest reaching out to the retailer directly for clarification. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu.

I receive discounts in-store. Will these apply to BlackbirdGo orders too?

Any in-store discounts you receive will need to be requested for each order you place. Feel free to use the Order Notes field upon checkout to request that any discounts or promotions you’re eligible for be applied to your order. Additionally, you are welcome to reach out to the retailer directly for more information. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu.

The retailer is offering a deal or special. Why am I not seeing the discounted prices in my BlackbirdGo shopping cart?

Any discounts you are eligible for will be applied to your order after it is placed to the retailer. Your Order History will note the correct, discounted price for your order. For additional information regarding promos and discounts, as well as final order totals, feel free to reach out to the retailer directly for more information. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu.

Loyalty

How do I enroll in a loyalty program on BlackbirdGo?

To enroll in a dispensary’s loyalty program on BlackbirdGo, simply place an order with any retailer displaying the Trophy icon on their menu listing. Upon placing your order, you will be automatically enrolled in that retailer’s loyalty program and begin earning loyalty points for your orders.

How do I know if a retailer has a loyalty program on BlackbirdGo?

You will know if a retailer has a loyalty program on BlackbirdGo if you see the Trophy icon on their menu listing. You can also access this by clicking the Rewards tab on the retailer’s menu.

How do I see my loyalty point balance on BlackbirdGo?

After selecting a retailer’s menu on BlackbirdGo, click the Rewards tab. Here, you will be able to view your available points, lifetime points, and points spent. Additionally, you can view which loyalty tier you belong to in the retailer’s loyalty program if that retailer has tiers set up.

How do I see the rewards I’m eligible for on BlackbirdGo?

After selecting a retailer’s menu on BlackbirdGo, click the Rewards tab. Here, you will be able to view all of the rewards offered by that specific retailer. Additionally, rewards you are eligible for will also display in your BlackbirdGo shopping cart for easy redemption!

How do I redeem a reward?

After selecting a retailer’s menu on BlackbirdGo, click the Rewards tab. Here, you will be able to view all of the rewards offered by that specific retailer. Here, you can access and redeem all rewards you’re eligible for. Additionally, rewards you are eligible for will also display in your BlackbirdGo shopping cart for easy redemption, too!

When a reward is redeemed, it will automatically apply to the relevant items in your shopping cart. Please be sure to select the corresponding item from that retailer’s online menu (e.g. select both the product Pre-Roll and the reward Penny Pre-Roll to redeem that reward).

Once you submit your order online, the point amount of your selected reward will be immediately deducted from your loyalty points balance, and those rewards will be redeemed.

Why are rewards showing in my shopping cart?

If you happen to see suggested rewards in your shopping cart, this is based on your loyalty point balance and the products already in your cart. We want to make sure that you don’t miss out on any rewards that you might be eligible for before submitting your order!

Why don't my loyalty points match what I have in store?

If you have visited a retailer in-store, but this is the first time you are placing an online order for them, it’s possible that you in-store account has not yet been linked to your online account. Once you submit your order, your accounts will link together and your loyalty point balance will update accordingly.

Orders

How do I place an order on BlackbirdGo?

To place an order on BlackbirdGo, log into your account with your email address and password. From the BlackbirdGo homepage, enter your city and state, or click Use Current Location. A list of retailers near you, as well as a list of featured brands carried by those retailers, will display.

Next, click on the menu of the retailer you wish to order from. Use the Search Bar and Filter features to help you find products. When you have found the product(s) you are looking for, click Add to Cart.

To view your shopping cart, click Cart at the top of your screen. When you are ready to check out, open your cart, select Pickup or Delivery, add any Order Notes you wish to leave (discount requests, delivery instructions, etc.), then click Place Order.

How do I know if my BlackbirdGo order went through?

Once you’ve placed your BlackbirdGo order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address on file. This email will confirm the retailer you placed your order with, the products ordered, any taxes and/or discounts applied, and your order total.

How do I pay for my order BlackbirdGo order?

Payment for BlackbirdGo orders vary from retailer to retailer. To find out the payment types accepted, please reach out directly to the retailer you placed your order with.

If you are receiving a delivery order that is being delivered by a Blackbird team member, cash is the only payment method accepted at this time. Additionally, drivers do not carry change with them.

Is there a fee for pickup orders placed on BlackbirdGo?

No, there is no fee for pickup orders that are placed on BlackbirdGo.

Is there a fee for delivery orders placed on BlackbirdGo?

Delivery fees for orders placed on BlackbirdGo are determined by our retail partners, and do vary from retailer to retailer. Delivery fees can depend on your cart subtotal, distance from the dispensary, etc. You will see the delivery fee as a line item in your shopping cart upon checkout, prior to submitting your BlackbirdGo order.

How can I track the status of my BlackbirdGo order?

To track your BlackbirdGo order, log in to your account with your email address and password. Then, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A pop-up will appear, displaying your personal information. Click Order History to view a list of all current and past orders placed through BlackbirdGo.com. Select your current order to view the status of your order.

Here, you will see the status of your order during the fulfillment process. However, fulfillment processes do vary from retailer to retailer. For clarification on pick up or delivery order fulfillment processes, including pick up times, payment types, and delivery ETAs, please reach out directly to the retailer you ordered from.

How do I cancel my BlackbirdGo order?

To cancel your BlackbirdGo order, please feel free to reach out to the retailer you placed your order with. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu, however, you are also welcome to reach out to our Support team at help@myblackbird.com for assistance.

How can I view my current and past orders on BlackbirdGo?

To view current and past orders on BlackbirdGo, log in to your account with your email address and password. Then, click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Why can't I submit my order online?

There are a few different reasons as to why you might not be able to submit your order online:

  • The retailer you’re attempting to order from is currently closed and not accepting new order
  • The retailer you’re attempting to order from only accepts orders from verified accounts (see more here)
  • Your delivery address is outside of the retailer’s delivery area
  • There is a product in your shopping cart that is out of stock

How do I get an ETA for my delivery order?

Because orders are fulfilled by the retailers themselves, we suggest reaching out directly to the dispensary for an estimated time of arrival for your delivery order. Contact information can be found at the top of each retailer’s menu!

How do I view details about specific products like product description, effects, THC/CBD, and terpene profiles on BlackbirdGo?

To view the details of a specific product, simply find the product you’re interested in on your favorite retailer’s BlackbirdGo menu and select it. This will bring up the product card, which will include information like the product description, effects, cannabinoid profiles (THC/CBD), and terpene profiles.

Why is there information missing from a product on BlackbirdGo?

All retailers are responsible for managing their own inventory, including the details and information of specific products. If product information, such as THC or CBD content is unavailable, feel free to reach out to the retailer directly for more information. Contact information for each retailer can be found on their BlackbirdGo menu.

How do I add different quantities or weights of a product to my cart?

To add multiple quantities or weights of a product to your shopping cart, select the product on the menu. The product page will appear, where you can select the quantity you would like to add to your cart, as well as see any additional weights offered of that product.

How can I see more products from the same brand?

To see more products from a specific brand, you can click on the product you’re interested in. The product page will appear, showing you the brand that created the product. If you click the brand, you will see all products made by that brand!
